Vintage 1990's NASHBAR Men's Cycling Tights Pants - Padded. Size Medium.  Color is Black.  Made of 65% Hydrofil, 25% Polyester and 10% Lycra.  Made in the USA!!!! Padded.  Internal drawstring.  Side zipper.  In great condition.  No holes or stains.  Comes from a smoke-free home. Please LOOK at ALL pictures as they are part of item descriptions.
Actual measurements (laid flat) :  Waist - 26 1/2 - 30 inches. From waist to bottom hem - 34 1/2 inches.
