Slingerland 10x15 Marching Tenor Tom Drum Vintage 1960's

From the 1960's this is a Slingerland 10 (deep) x 15 single tension marching tenor. This has been hand painted. Looks like the large eagle logo is a sticker or decal. This shows signs of use scratches, gouges, and some chips in the paint. Does have a few extra holes as well. Badge is loose and spins freely. Hardware has rust and pitting. Some of the threaded ends of the tension rods are quite gunky. There's one non original lug. Interior and bearing edges look pretty clean, but bearing edges have been painted over. They do have some small cracks.
Batter side hoop has 2 spots that are very gouged out and the wood peeling.
Batter head is worn, but playable. Resonant head is severely ripped.
