The box and contents were opened for the purpose of taking photos for this listing.  The photos really highlight the bright and shiny new appearance of the BNC and RCA jacks on the front panel, free of oxidation, oils and dirt.  No testing of the instrument was performed.
Although found to be "new in box", due to the vintage nature of this test instrument it must be offered AS IS.
