Product Description
The Outlaw Racing super seal filters come with a one year warranty on workmanship and materials
Any air filter that is determined by Outlaw Racing to be defective within one year of purchase will be replaced, simply return the filter to Outlaw Racing along with the retail invoice
Replacement of air filter shall be the sole remedy to any defective air filter
Super seal neoprene gasket base seals perfectly even in the most extreme conditions without the hassle of messy grease
Super seal greaseless filters make the chore of servicing airfilters a breeze
Super seal base is not affected by gas or oils
Extra wide sealing ring for air tight seal
Constructed with bonded dual layer foam
Coarse outer layer to catch large particles and resist clogging
Finer inner layer to trap the finest of dust
100 percent open cell foam will not swell with the presence of water, fuels, detergents or oils
Outlaw Racing filters are bigger than stock filters for better airflow and provides more protection

Free Shipping offer is limited to lower 48 States only.
Orders paid by 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship same day.
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Which shipping method is used for your order is at our discretion.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO addresses must contact us prior to purchasing item for a shipping quote first. Shipping fees to APO, AK, PR and HI will be calculated individually and added to customer invoice prior to paying for the item.
International Shipping
International orders are gladly accepted.
If shipping cost or country is not stated in listing please contact us by

Delivery service is provided by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Returns
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from invoice date.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective marchandise, item must be returned in new condition, unused/unworn and with original manufacturer tickets/tags. All packaging must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refund will be less original shipping cost and less eBay/PayPal fees of 15% of purchase price.
Defective Returns
Any item determined to be defective or not as described can be returned for refund or store credit, your choice. Return shipping at our expense and full refund of purchase price.

Warranties
All items are new in box unless listed otherwise. Manufacturer warranties are stated within the listing when available.
In the unlikely event you need to make a warranty claim, we will take care of this for you. Boss Powersports Outlet will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Products are limited to the manufacturer's warranty. First, we will determine if your item needs repaired or replaced. We will handle the return with the manufacturer.

Risk of Loss
When customer places an order, the order will be shipped to an address designated by the customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this listing. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from Boss Powersports outlet pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Sales Tax
For those states in which we have a physical presence, we are required by state law to remit sales tax. Currently, Boss Powersports collects sales tax in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and New Mexico.
