Any exhaust/emission alteration is legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used, registered or licensed for use upon a highway.
We generally ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping. We do utilize FedEx and UPS in some instances.
Expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is available.
We will not lower the value on International Orders.

You will receive Delivery Confirmation information via email once package label has been created.
