For some reason, international bidders told me that they cannot make an offer and I need to approve it first. if you are outside the United States and want to make an offer, send me a message and I will make sure you can buy it.
The Fiat 500 C is better known under the name Topolino ("Litte Mouse") and was built as an Italian city car between 1949 and 1955. This model of the 500C Topolino was built in 1952.
This 1952 Fiat 500C Topolino Transformable is a delightful later example of the innovative Fiat 500 produced between 1936 and 1955, which is sometimes called the most popular, stylish, and best-loved small car of its time.
The 569-cubic centimeter (34.9-cubic inch) engine was mounted “backwards,” with the radiator located behind the engine, and in 1952, it could produce 16 horsepower, which was delivered through a modern four-speed manual transmission. A single Solex carburetor fed fuel to the engine from a 6.1-gallon gasoline tank. Its top speed (originally 53 mph) had risen to 59 mph by 1952, which was aided by a 4.875:1 rear end and perhaps a sympathetic downhill stretch of road.
This example starts, runs and drives well. it has just underwent a K mechanical refurbishment.  The following work has been done in the last 3 months:
    1. All fluids were replaced
    2. Band new fuel tank and all other fuel parts
    3. New choke
    4. Rebuilt brake system
    5. Ignition, generator and related parts
It was recently painted in its original burgundy, and a new black soft top was installed. Paint is brand new. Soft top is brand new.
The interior utilizes matching original-style Fiat seat fabric and other materials. It is a bit faded but its condition is consistent with its age. Two large, round gauges dominate the minimally painted metal dashboard. The tachometer is on the driver’s side, along with the fuel, oil, and temperature indicators, which were inset into the face of the gauge, while the speedometer is set in front of the single passenger. The large two-spoke steering wheel is worn.
The black cloth “transformable” top opens the coupe to the elements, efficiently eliminating the need for separate closed and open models. The top is new condition, with very straight stitching. The door and panel fit is also good. Original wheels are in good shape, and tires are old but hold air. All major electrical parts and gauges work. The brakes and suspension are good.  Finally, the car exhibits good glass and chrome all around. Car has clean title.
The car is sold AS IS, with no warranty.
