    Description

    1/8” Scale K-Brake cylinder metal casting. This is a beautifully done pattern and casting for a K-Brake cylinder. These brakes were used until the AB brakes became more common in the 1940s and they continue in use today on narrow-gauge lines. I don’t know who the manufacturer is or what the metal is but it is very well done and has never been installed. The nuts and bolts are rendered very well and the triple valve looks perfect. Length overall is 7 7/8” and the operating rod has a brass clevis drilled and ready for the brake lever. Whether it goes on your bookshelf or under your favorite truss-rod car, this is a great piece.
